Guest Conduct Policy at Suite Spa (Los Angeles)

The safety, comfort, and well-being of both the guest and the Spa Masseur are our highest priorities. Either party may end a treatment immediately if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or believe continuing would be inappropriate.

Suite Spa Los Angeles reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion.

 Guests must not be under the heavy influence of alcohol or recreational drugs during their appointment.

If a guest appears impaired, Suite Spa Los Angeles may refuse or discontinue service for safety reasons. In these cases, the reservation will be treated as a late cancellation and remains fully chargeable.

 Suite Spa Los Angeles provides professional therapeutic wellness services only.

Any inappropriate, sexually suggestive, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior—including verbal comments, gestures, or physical contact—will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required, and future services may be refused.

The Spa Masseur fosters a strong masseur-guest relationship by working collaboratively with guests to help them achieve their wellness goals, all while adhering to the spa safety policy and being considerate of spa guest behavior.

Spa Masseurs provide only services within their professional training and qualifications.

Massage and spa treatments are intended to promote relaxation and wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare. Guests should consult an appropriate healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

If a guest's needs fall outside our scope of practice, we will recommend seeking the appropriate licensed professional.

Before receiving services, guests must complete the intake form honestly and notify Suite Spa Los Angeles of any:

• Medical conditions 
• Injuries 
• Pregnancy 
• Allergies 
• Skin sensitivities 
• Recent surgeries 
• Heat sensitivities 
• Medications or other health concerns that may affect treatment 

Guests are responsible for providing accurate health information.

Every treatment can be customized.

Guests are encouraged to communicate throughout the session regarding:

• Pressure preferences 
• Areas to avoid 
• Comfort level 
• Temperature 
• Positioning 
• Any discomfort 

Participation is always voluntary. Guests may request modifications, pause a treatment, or decline any portion of the experience at any time.

Guests may undress only to their personal comfort level.

For the most effective sauna-wrap and body-scrub experience, guests may choose to undress fully beneath the provided wrap. However, this is never required.

Privacy will always be provided while changing, and professional draping will be maintained throughout every treatment. Only the area currently being treated will be uncovered.

Guests receiving sauna wrap or body scrub treatments should provide:

• A private area for changing 
• Access to a shower 
• Clean bath towels 
• A safe, unobstructed path to the bathroom 

For comfort after treatment, loose-fitting clothing is recommended.

Guests with longer hair may wish to bring a hair tie. Spa headbands will also be provided.

Some treatments include body scrubs, essential oils, aromatherapy, masks, lotions, or other skincare products.

Guests must notify Suite Spa Los Angeles of any allergies, skin sensitivities, fragrance sensitivities, or product concerns before treatment begins.

Guests are asked to arrive in clean condition whenever possible.

Fresh washcloths are available for guests who wish to freshen up before treatment.

Suite Spa Los Angeles follows professional sanitation standards, including:

• Fresh linens for every guest 
• Sanitized equipment 
• Hand hygiene before and throughout treatments 

During private events or collaborations, Suite Spa Los Angeles or its event partners may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional purposes.

No guest will be photographed or recorded receiving treatment without prior consent.

Guests may decline photography or video at any time.

Some treatments require additional time for:

• Changing 
• Showering 
• Room transitions 
• Treatment setup and reset 

Please allow for these transitions when planning your schedule.

All guest information, health forms, and treatment discussions are kept confidential and handled with respect for your privacy.

• Payment is due at the beginning of the appointment unless otherwise arranged. 
• Cash is preferred. Credit card payments are accepted and may include a processing fee. 
• Gratuities are optional and always appreciated. 
• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be charged the full service amount. 
• Guests arriving late may receive a shortened session while remaining responsible for the full reservation amount.

Massage and wellness spa services involve normal physical contact and, like any wellness activity, carry inherent risks.

By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving services and acknowledge they are participating at their own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests agree to release and hold harmless Suite Spa Los Angeles, its owners, employees, independent contractors, Spa Masseurs, assistants, affiliates, collaboration partners, event hosts, venues, sponsors, and event coordinators from liability for injuries, allergic reactions, property loss, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Guests remain responsible for informing Suite Spa Los Angeles of any medical conditions or changes to their health before treatment.

When services are provided as part of a private event, wellness lounge, collaboration, corporate event, or hosted experience:

• Each guest remains individually responsible for completing the required intake form. 
• The Host, Event Planner, Coordinator, or Collaboration Partner agrees to share these policies with all participating guests before services begin. 
• The Host, Event Planner, Coordinator, Venue, and Collaboration Partner are not responsible for providing medical advice or supervising treatments. 
• Suite Spa Los Angeles is solely responsible for the professional delivery of spa services, while each guest remains responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their own health.
